Mixed Doubles Pyramid - Monday Nights
The Monday Night Mixed Doubles Pyramid is played almost every Monday night during the summer. The players are permanent for the summer. However, there is a substitute list maintained for players who find that they can not play on a certain date.

Ladies Open - Tuesday Evenings
Any women who would like to hone their skills in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere can join the Ladies Tuesday Open play.
Warm-up starts at 5:45 pm. We are always looking for new players to join us.
You do not have to be a member to play, but we ask that you do pay the usage fees.

Red Ball Tennis - Wednesday Evenings
Red Ball Tennis is a FUN social experienced designed to bring new players to the courts and have them playing the game in 10 minutes! With modified equipment, Red Ball Tennis will supercharge the success of players and bring a new level of energy to the courts.
You do not have to be a member to play, but we ask that you pay the usage fees.

Round Robins - Thursday Nights
Every Thursday is open tennis at the Eagle River courts! All are invited to attend, no matter what skill level. Warm up begins at 5:30 pm and play begins at 6:00 pm.
You do not need to be a member to play, we just ask that you pay $5 for the usage fee.

Women's Round Robin - Friday and Sunday Mornings
Any women that would like to play friendly, competitive tennis can join the Women's Round Robin play. The women play on Sunday and Friday mornings at 9:30 am. We are always looking for new players to join us.
You do not have to be a member to play, but we ask that you do pay the usage fees.

Tennis Lessons
GERTA now offers private tennis lessons taught by one of our members, Terry Geurkink, a long-time tennis coach.
Fees are:
1 player for 1 hour = $35, 2 players for 1 hour = $40, 3 players for 1 hour = $45, 4 players for 1 hour = $50, and 5 or more players for 1 hour = $55.

Terry will donate his fees to the GERTA Maintenance Fund.
Youth Tennis Camp
The Greater Eagle River Tennis Association offers children in our community a Youth Tennis Camp.
Youth tennis emphasizes fun, fitness and friends on the tennis courts. We will focus on learning and refining the skills that help make tennis a lifelong sport.
Tennis Camp is open to ages 5-7 years old, 8-10 years old, and ages 11-18 years old.
Equipment will be available for use during camp.
Campers MUST WEAR TENNIS SHOES.
Tennis Events
Don’t ever worry or think that you may not be “good enough” to play in a Tennis Event. We look at these opportunities as a way to get together and get to know each other better and we ALWAYS have FUN!
The entry fee for events is $5 for members and $10 for non-members. Everyone is encouraged to bring an appetizer/snack to pass along with whatever you would like to drink.
Tennis Events will include a variety of formats like:
- Draw for a partner
- Team Tennis
- Come with a Partner
